Ok, so i installed cairo-dock and removed all panels. After that i am not able to bring the gnome-panel back. I tried some suggestions, reinstalled ubuntu-desktop, and many other things, but nothing. Still if i type in terminal gnome-panel, they show, but as soon as i close terminal they dissapeared.

If i run in terminal
sudo -i
gnome-panel

They are there all the time, but now under root session, not under "user name". So, if i restart session-they dissapear again.

Any idea?

Here is output of terminal when i start gnome-panel:

have you tried unintalling cairo? set gnome back to default or try recover broken packages from the cd you used to install!
