Error while reloading out of date Applications

When I went to Add/Remove, I got an error. Here is the screenshot. I have no idea how to fix it. Thanks for the help.

have you gone back to the WINE website and followed their directions over again, to ensure you did not make any mistakes? we are all human ;)

another alternative, if this was working for weeks/months and suddenly broke, is that the mistake is on WINE's end -- their servers are down for maintenence, etc.

I went back to the Wine website and redid everything and it still gave me the same error. I just recently installed Ubuntu ( I used Xubuntu previously and never had this problem) but, i always have gotten the error. Never once has it gone through
