I recently updated to Ubuntu 9.04 on my ThinkPad X30 laptop.
There's been only one little problem. My font often decides to freak out at me.

I've noticed that going to System->Preferences->Appearance->Fonts and changing the rendering option remedies the problem for a short time. I need to discover what else is happening. This is not an error I had with my previous installation of ubuntu (granted that it was 6.04).
If you need more info about my system, let me know and I'll get it posted up. The only reason I haven't posted it already is because I can't remember it offhand, and because my font is presently freaking out again and the simple remedy I just made note of isn't working at the moment.
