i have a live cd of a computer diagnostic suite, and it supposedly will only work from a CD-ROM. I tried using UNetBootin to install it to a thumbdrive from an .iso and it didn't work, so i guess they're telling the truth.
it will run from a usb cd-rom drive though, is there some way to make the computer think my usb thumbdrive is a usb cd-rom?
