I have an old dell (spec below), that i wish to use as a back up sever for my FTP sever, HTTP server and 3 desktops. I have bin playing with Restore-DC, it's ok but i need remote desktop or SSH on it so i can put it in the attic, so if i can fix that i will give it a go(or whatever else is around).

other then a portable hard drive, what can i use to make all my files available to every computer in the house(building another computer would NOT be hard by any means.). without having to download them then play it.(is this even feasible?)

thank you for your help.

p.s I'm a Windows user and i'm phasing out windows(any and all).
