Help!! PROBLEMS ..cloning jaunty with acronis...

Help please, have problems cloning ubuntu jaunty with acronis true image, scores the error , bad sectors in hard disk, but i know that the disk is not the problem, because i try 3 different Hard disks an its the same problem. does any body know something about this???

Same problem faced. Ignoring the warning created a backup of Ubuntu 9.10.
Restored the same image which resulted a grub rescue boot problem. Then used "Super grub disk" to log on. Then installed grub "sudo grub-install /dev/sda" to overcome the boot problem.
