Desktop Cube Skydome Animation bug

My problem is my skydome is selected for animation and when I un-check it, it goes back to being check..I want to disable animation...

In the CCSM, Desktop Cube, Appearance tab, open the skydome and click the broom next to all the items under skydome, that returns it all to default. Then go back in and reset your skydome image (if you want one).
