Partitioning Help, please!

Okay, installed Ubuntu with Wubi. I would like to look into making this a real partition, but I need some assistance.

First of all, how?

Second of all, is there a way I can safely do it? I don't exactly have much of a way to back up right now.

Third of all, how to I transfer everything from the Wubi partition to the real partition once done?

Not sure what the best way for you to backup is though.
