Program that streams Podcasts, but not Amarok!

I use Amarok for music and to download podcasts, but Xine has a bug (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xine-lib/+bug/94047 and many variations of this) that does not allow Amarok to STREAM podcasts - usually. Is there a program for Ubuntu (Hardy) that will do this? Again, I don't want to download the MP3 - Amarok works fine for that, and for RSS of the podcasts - but want to click STREAM. Any suggestions.

Vlc streams fine, at least in Jaunty.

Exaile streams podcasts, but it's very particular about feed formats. It rejects more than half of the rss feeds i try to feed it.
