Need help for making ubuntu web

Anyone is welcome but I would prefer kubuntu users as many windows users may reject switching to Ubuntu (Gnome) but will never reject kubuntu

I would be more than happy to help out. I could write some lovely documentation and make some nice CSS and graphics to make the page look a little bit better than that (No offense).
