Running Eclipse - Program arguments field grayed out

I recently installed Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede) on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty and setup my workspace.
However, whenever I startup Eclipse and set up a run configuration to run a Java program, the "Program Arguments" and "VM Arguments" fields are completely grayed out and I can't
type anything into them. Can someone tell me what may be wrong with my setup or configuration?

I just lost about half an hour with this stupid bug. Google didn't find anything useful, even though the solution is so simple: Just resize the window and the input fields will appear... :roll:
