View Full Version : [ubuntu] Please help me with installing ubuntu!

Okay, so I got the RAR .ZIP file of Ubuntu On my Desktop and I have InfraRecorder, Do I just Burn the RAR .ZIP File on the CD? I tried this, and it said something like "Error reading Disk." Can anyone help? A good Program that Converts RAR to ISO Would help, or something like that.

If u download from this website (http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download) you will download the iso.. a question.. Into the zip, is there an Iso image? in this case you may extract it and then burn the iso file..

There is something that says "Ubunti", but it's only a file with no file Space.

Hmm.. Try to re-download it from the website that i post before.. Looks wery strange that u cannot download/burn/install it..

all you need is there

but
unrar

would extract your image and then you can burnin it
