The second one.
Reason: Much easier to read.

It depends what the tone of your website is.

B is by far the most professional but A has a certain charm about it too

I like the top of the third one (looks more like the manufactures font), but the website address should be clear like the second one.

the bottom one looks the coolest, but I would suggest a more subtle font, but not as plain as the second one.

go with C, but you might want to use a slightly easier to read font for the website name at the bottom.

C looks the slickest. B is easier to read though. Maybe some kind of compromise--an in-between font perhaps. B's font is too plain, C's is nice but fairly unreadable.

Switch positions of mopar4x4.com and the dodge.... support and use b's font for mopar4x4.com. Try to get fonts that look like the manufacturer's fonts for there names. (Dodge is dead on)

If you use C I suggest you place the logo directly on the black background - you can clearly see a two tone background

What is the logo for? Forum, blog, site, etc. and if so, what software, what type of look. Honestly, it's too tall for the width on most sites.

Do you have a software and a theme picked out? Because you should make the logo in response to the theme, not the theme in response to the logo. Chances are the pure black will conflict with whatever you happen to pick out.

Well its hard to pick a theme for SMF the base theme is nice because it is easy on the eyes and easy to read. Do you have any suggestions for a theme for SMF?

Thanks

There are a number of nice themes on simplemachines.org. I cannot really recommend you one without knowing what color scheme you want, but I pulled what looks like a decent light theme with black accent: http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=682

It's never recommended that you use a software's default theme on a forum, because it implies that you didn't bother to customize it.

I installed the theme you suggested , but it seems their is a problem:

The silver and white writing is not a good idea.

'A' looks childish like a cheap flier mass mailing by a no name local car dealership. 'B' looks too plain, like you didn't put much into it. 'C' looks the most professional, but it's a little too hard to read; not too hard to use, though.

I think the one in post #10 looks the best.

You would definitely need to adapt the logo- a la a transparent background on a *png. The actual icon looks really nice, but for text, you might want to go with a different font- see dafont.com for a huge selection. Making your forum name nice and big, but have Support for Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge in a smaller italicized font that's shaded towards the right might help.

I like this one, but you can see artifacts around the blue logo.

Attached is what I would probably have it more like. Kind of.

Edit: Also, the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep line was copied from the white image in post #17. Not much resizing, just spacing between the words.

B. The other two's fonts are pretty annoying.
