How is my forum layout?

I've worked as forum moderator and administrator for a bunch of different forums, and from experience I can tell you this. Unless you already have a huge (as in at the very least 2000 people) user base, you're never going to be able to fill all of those subforums. It's just going to look empty. It's much, much better to start with <5 subforums and then slowly let the forum grow from that. A forum with few but active subforums is much better than a forum with a whole bunch of empty subforums.

You're better off merging most of those subfoums. It is a bit too cluttered.
