I have just upgrade to ubuntu 9.04, after the upgrade, the x-window cannot start and after several trial, it starts at low-graphics mode.
In the "Hardware driver" in System-Administration", It tells me that the driver for nvidia is not activated and ask me to activate either the version 173 or 96.
After choosing the version 96 or 173, it downloads and install the driver, seems to be ok, but after reboot. The problem persists.
I am using nvidia FX-5200 display card.
Please advice ...
