Loading server onto 32 bit machine, should need 32 bit version, yes?

I am loading the newest version of Ubuntu server onto a 32 bit machine. This would mean that i want to load the 32 bit version of the Operating System, right?

Yes. You can run 32-bit on 64, but not the other way round.
