I have been using evolution against an exchange server for the past year, and it has really been a struggle. The client hangs all the time.
I am a road warrior so when ever I change networks, evolutions hangs. (sometimes it hangs without a change of networks)
This forces me to run "evolution --force-shutdown" every 15 minutes or so when I need to check/send email.
Then the client goes through downloads messages, and generates the message list...eating away at the CPU for 5 minutes.
Does anyone have an tips for using evolution with exchange?
Is there a proper way to configure the client to avoid hangs?
Is there anyway to make the client more resilient to network changes?
Thanks for any pointers.
