Hey, I've got compiz fusion working on my laptop (sony vaio FW series) and I was wondering if there is a way of having transparent background without making the icons on the desktop also going transparent.
They're still there but if I have 100% transparency I cannot see the icons, even though I can click on them.

I want to be able to see the fish in the middle of the screen when I'm doing things, but also have icons available on the desktop.

Thanks
