How to install latest ubuntu OS with nvidia 6200? pls help

am not able to install latest version in my pc.... pc stops at loading stage itself...

my pc configuration is
intel p4 2.4GHz 1mb L2 cache,
asrock p4i45gv motherboard,
1gb ram,
nvidia 6200 graphics card,
80gb seagate hard disk,
samsung monitor 793s,
logitech keyboard and mouse

what is the problem?

I suspect that invidia card have nothing to do with the instalation not working. You probably need to check both the downloaded iso for error.
