Sorry in advance if this is a noob issue.
I'm trying to take a Ubuntu test drive on my Dell Inspiron 8600. I can boot from the CD just fine and get to the splash screen. I can navigate the splash screen just fine. When I go to select the test drive option or any other primary option I hit enter and nothing happenings. At least I know my keyboard is functioning because like I said, I can navigate the splash screen. Please help!
