Dual Screen Compiz - How to change maximized window drag behavior?

I have a dual-screen setup (Jaunty) with compiz running. When a window is maximized on one screen and I want to drag it to the next monitor, the "wobbly window" effect (or something) is doing everything in it's power to prevent me from pulling the window over. It's like the window is glued to one screen. It stretches to the other screen, but I can't seem to "pull" hard enough to get the window over.

When I un-maximize the window, I can drag it back and forth between monitors just fine.

I've been trying to grok the compiz settings using the compizconfig settings manager and can't seem to find the right place to change this behavior.

Any ideas/suggestions?
