Making an Ubuntu Based Distro -- need help

It's Called Mona-Sharp, And it is currently based on jaunty, there are so many things to do, right now I am on currently build 4. it has an enhanced gui(somewhat simmular to Linux mint), more media Codecs, and more programs by default.

I will need help w/ the following:


Usplash Design
Web Integration
GTK artwork
Kernel updates
GUI Inteface
Application Programming
Advertising(eventually)
