The notification system

Hi all ,

i`m using mint but i think my question can be answered by ubuntu users...
is there anyway to change the position of the notification messages ?
the ones like this

i want it to appear at the bottom (where my taskbar is) not at the top of the screen...

Doing some research, supposedly it is hard coded and cannot be relocated, but the below thread, post 11 may be of some help. :p

well...post 11 is about installing the old notification system which is like this i think

which i don`t want :D

and the post 12 nearly answered what i want..but unfortunately for the old notf. system users :S
is there`s a command like what in post12 but for the notify-osy that would be great :)
