Can I Reuse Wubi Installed Ubuntu?

Currently I have Ubuntu installed on Vista in a separate drive using Wubi.
Today I will reinstall Vista and then plan to install Ubuntu again.
I was wondering whether after installing ubuntu, can I delete the new wubi folder and replace it with the old ubuntu folder?
I have every setting etc..
talking of simple copypaste.

If you reinstall Vista, then any copy of Ubuntu you installed with Wubi will be lost. Back up your data first!
