I am bored of the built in window decorations in kubuntu 9.04 i.e. oxygen , ozone etc. How to install new window decorations? I dont want to use compiz or emerald.

True, window decorations still seem to lack a Get Hot New Stuff installer. Anyway, kde-look.org (http://kde-look.org) has some native KDE4 ones (http://kde-look.org/index.php?xcontentmode=75). Not a whole lot, though.

Alot of themes are DeKorator themes, so you want to do a search in kpackagekit for dekorator and install it. Then you select dekorator in the "Window Decorations" window in Appearance under System Settings and imprt the theme you downloaded from kde-llok (if it is a dekorator theme).
