Weird typing 'hitch'?

Has anyone else noticed that when you type moderately quickly in Ubuntu you have to pause after you capitalize something? Maybe it's just me and my faulty habit of presing 'Caps' every time I capitalize something.

Anyways, I've now developed a 'hitch' in my typing and I noticably pause after every capitlalized word. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I just weird? It happens on every Ubuntu computer I use so I know it's not just my laptop.

I have to ask, why not use the shift key?
If you use caps lock, you would have to use it twice in a row.

Yeah, I wondered that myself. I've not noticed anything that made a pause around a Capital letter. If you feel there is a problem, it might be a good idea to bring it up in the support sections of the forums.
