task bar gone clunky

Sorry but I can't think of a better description. Since I removed a data stick with the setup files the taskbar looks half formed, missing icons and nothing fitting in very well. Can I re install xfce to make it look nice again?

simon,
you can use apt and remove it, and then reinstall it. it may take most of the system out with it though (with ubuntu, it removes ubuntu-desktop)

if thats not an option, grab a newer version from the xfce website and upgrade :)
