Video Card - $70 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150332

Looks good, except I would get this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103650) cpu. It will easily overclock to 3.0ghz. on stock cooling. And personally, I would stay away from foxconn mobos, and get a Gigabyte or Asus.

Will switch to that processor. Any recommendations on mobo?

You also neeed a power supply. A 500watt one will be enough for this system.

I doubt you'll use 750 watts.

where's the hard drive?

That powersupply for that config is an overkill ..
I got a 500W one for around 30$ and it hasn't given me any problems since the last year and a half .. but I'm not a gamer

Yeah PSU is overkill. I'd recommend a ~400W from Corsair or Seasonic.

I'm running a similar specced machine but with an E8400 on a 330W Seasonic PSU.

I've ran a Hard Drive, DVD burner, 2GBs of RAM, an ATI 4830, and an AMD BE2400 (45Watt CPU) on one of the 80+ 330w Seasonic PSUs. They're stout little guys.
