Hi
My sound isn't working, so I have been following the "comprehensive sound problems solutions guide v0.5e", but I got stuck. I came to the conclusion that the ALSA driver for my sound card does not exist. I tried the "ALSA drive compilation" and got stuck at step 5. I couldn't find the driver from the original general help step 3 as it says, so which driver am I supposed to chose from the list? If it helps, my sound card is (as listed in the device manager):

Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 9

If you have a suggestion for anything else I should try please please let me know. I'm desperate to get my sound back!!
