i have this post when install update

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

do what the error message tells you to do.

open a terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal)
and type:

sudo dpkg --configure -a

Hit Enter, type your password and hit Enter again.
