can not browse after upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10

Hi I am new ubuntu user been using for short while i just upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10 but i can not browse the internet i am connectted to internet and it show 100% connection but can not browse internet

Also there is error when i log in it says

This windows does not support save current setup and will have to be restarted next time you log in

log in windows Gdm-simple-greeter

anytime i restart the same error and can not browse

I'm sorry to tell you that 9.10 is still in very early development, only used for testing. 9.04 is the latest full release of Ubuntu (The numbers relate to the date of release - 9.10 is 10/2009, this October).

You might have some luck looking in the 9.10 development thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=359), but I would advise if internet is vital to re-install 9.04, or even dual boot 9.04 until 9.10 is stable.
