Dear Ubuntu users/developers,
Recently I got me an Acer Extensa 5230.
I'm not a big fan of Vista so I installed Ubuntu (Vista was formatted so I only run Ubuntu 9.04)
I was amazed at how smooth it all went and all the hardware also seems to work fine with the exeption of one: my music/movies stutteres.
The sound/movie echo's about three times and then it works fine again until after a few minutes it stutteres again and so on...
I have a Mobile Intel GM45/GL40 Express chipset.
I'm wondering if I have the right drivers, because YouTube even runs smooth on my 6 year old laptop (windows xp) so why not on this more modern laptop with Linux installed.
Any ideas?

(on the side: the combination ctrl+C, ctrl+V etc. doesn't work either, what about that?)

p.s.
I tried downloading a driver but I am unable to find in on the intel website.

Thanks in advance!
