I see that the Ubuntu 7 is about to be unsupported, now I think that, I want to update my CD of ubuntu, before it gets unsupported, but, is that possible???

Thanks

ubuntu will mail you an install cd of 9.04, for free, if that is what you are asking:

https://shipit.ubuntu.com/

you can also download it and burn an iso yourself.

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

download it to your desktop or somewhere convienent, put a blank cd-r in, right click on the .iso file you just downloaded, and hit 'burn'

Both 7.04 and 7.10 are unsupported.

Luxury Locs!
I am not 100% sure whether there is an updated 6.10 CD image, but if there is you can simply download it and burn a new copy. You cannot update an existing CD.
Thanks!

tima,do you mean 8.10 or 9.10?6.10 has been unsupported even longer than 7.04 or 7.10.

edit: @OP
When you install by CD,be sure to backup your personal data, specially if you don't have them on a separate /home partition. If you DO have them on a separate partition,be sure to uncheck format for it during installation.
