Hi,

I'm sorry for that post wich is kinds of two question in one post.

I have an msi-wind U100, with the rt2860 card for wifi.
I installed ubuntu studio, wi fi not working, jack working fine.

I installed Ubuntu and the wifi was working perfectly out of the box.
So I updated to Studio adding almost all packages with "ubuntustudio" in the names (exept ubuntu studio desktop)
wifi was still working fine, but it's jack that doesn't work
(like : http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=453486)

I want real time kernel with Jack AND wifi working...
What could be the easiest or the best way :
Installing ubuntu studio ? (and then how can I get the wifi easily ? there should be a way since it's in the box with basic ubuntu)

Or, try to get jack working with my current ubuntu=>ubuntu studio ? I would try to follow the 453486 thread instruction but
1) thread is quite complex for me to understand
2) i'm on 9.04... and the thread looks quite older.....

Thanks for any help.
