I realized that I have not fully paid attention to my comp classes, so can someone tell me what are the difference between overhead and latency, and why are there trade offs between these two factors? Lastly, under what situation would overhead be favored over latenc? (I know the other way around's situation when you need RT processing)
As far as I know, overhead is basically amount of resource need to be consumed, and latency the time required to perform a task. Did I got it right?
