View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can't solve problem please help.

When starting the "Synaptic package manager" it says

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure-a' to correct the problem.
E:_cache->open() failed, please report.

Even after writing sudo command the synaptic manager is not working.

What to do????

So you went to the terminal and typed in
sudo dpkg --configure-a and your password, and it still won't work?

Also just a thought but you can always try restarting your computer to see if that helps.
