what can i do to get my ubuntu7.10 back

i have win xp on my 1st partition and ubuntu7.10 on another partition on my acer laptop. the problem is i reinstall the windows, after which my boot options disapeared. i can only boot to windows now. how can i get my ubuntu back?:mad:
