LOTUSFLOW3R.COM - SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

1 GB of system memory

Adobe Flash 9 or greater

Minimum resolution 1024x768

Broadband internet connection

Browser: Firefox 2.0 or newer, Safari 2.0 or newer

http://www.lotusflow3r.com/system.html

While I don't have a problem with this, I was wondering what your thoughts are on websites requiring Firefox?

Note: only Firefox and Safari are listed for this website.

Also note that the "System Requirements" page is only accessible after "unlocking" the flash website:

https://www.lotusflow3r.com/

Which also requires Flash 9 or greater.

I would never adhere someone to such strict requirements but then this may be more by design to weed out certain people?

Just fired it up in Wine'd Internet Explorer 6. It's crappy, but it works.

Maybe the website designer doesn't want to be bothered with layout issues with both Firefox and IE and they just tested on Firefox.

Locking out IE is just as bad as locking out Firefox. Let's not be hypocritical here.

Who cares about that, why doesn't this site support Netcraft? How hypocritical.

Never even heard of Netcraft until your post.
