New ubuntu 9.04 Desktop Edition instilation, just have 1 quirk so far.

I like to have the Main panel (The one with the clock, shutdown, etc) at the very top of the screen, and a 2nd Panel with my running applications directly under it. The problem is when ever I restart the computer, the 2nd bar loads at the very top, and the Main panel loads under it. It's only a slight annoyance, but everytime I restart, I have to move the panels back where I want them.

Is there anyway to make it so the Main panel is always at the top, and the 2nd panel loads under it?

Not sure, but I would simply swap applets and launchers on the panels as they currently load. :p
