Why do we have to suffer when Windows users get some very modern-looking icons?

I wonder if there's a way to get these on Linux. I know there's alternate icons available in the repos, but as far as I know, nothing like this. :???:

They're the galaxy small ones. I've just changed them to the default small, so that the toolbars don't cover half the screen.

Me I never had an issue with the human icon set or crystal/ tango icons either...
And I think soon Oxygen will be ported too.
