How do I customize GNUCash?

I need a more specific accounting system for my work. Is there tutorials or plug-ins that will change the look, feel, and maybe fewer clicks of GNUCash?

What exactly do you mean by more specific?
Are you expanding your accounting to include non accounting stuff such as CRM or ERP? Or just want more options and ways to do things currently in gnucash?
