Hi all,
I have been having a trouble with Window$ vista on my Sony Vaio (as many of you may have experienced...). I have been used netbook remixed version of Ubuntu on my other laptop for a while, and I'm very happy with it. Naturally, I'm been thinking about installing Ubuntu on my sony; however, when I use the live-CD, it won't work propery. Thus, I'm assuming that installation won't be easy or not possible. I understand Sony is known for having its own "standard", thus, I guess some of drivers are not working well.
In anyway, I was wondering if anyone is successfully installing Ubuntu on Sony Vaio FW-145E/W. Any help is appreciated.
Best,
Roba
