Hi there
I just buyed a new computer and trying to install ubuntu , but without success. The screen/computer is locked at the first menu.
The same thing is happen with windows. I get a blue screen when i try to install windows, after the installation files are copied.
Now I'm running in live-cd mode. What can I do to know where the problem is coming from?
Should I send the computer back?
