Yeah - just let us know of any problems or issues with your Windows products and we will walk you through fixing or repairing these issues.

Of course you will be asked to pay up front the standard fee of $59.95 American dollars and that will be good for your first three questions. After that we will just charge your credit card that you left on file when you registered for any additional time or questions related to your issue.
