Hi all. I just upgraded from 8.04 to 8.1. After the instillation and restart everything went fine. Was able to get back to my desktop screen and everything was the way it was before the upgrade. It told me I need to reinstall the drivers for my video card to run the 3D stuff. I did so and it told me I need to restart. So I followed the instructions. Restart went fine till I got to the screen where you can choose to go into recovery mode. I chose to run Ubuntu as normal. The screen blinked a couple of times then told me that "Video Mode is Not Supported". I tried doing the whole recovery mode and restarting the X server. Still I get the same thing. I can not seem to figure out what went wrong or even the slightest idea of how to fix this problem.

I am not looking to reinstall a fresh version of this for I have lots of valuable information that I need to keep.
