Hello, I had been able to update xubuntu fine until today. When I try to update either via terminal or update manager, I get the following error:

(Reading database ... dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
files list file for package `libsamplerate0' is missing final newline
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)If anyone would help a linux newbie, that would be much appreciated :-). Thanks in advance!
