I got stupid and installed Mac4Lin. It reverses the buttons in on the window from right to left. While that may be cool when I desire it to look Mac'ish, they don't revert back to the right when I install another theme. Any ideas on how to get the buttons back to the right?

This may not be helpful but still I'd go ahead and suggest anywayz, you can install Emerald and choose a different theme which has buttons the way you prefer. That you you can keep mac4lin as well and have the window buttons the way you prefer. Sorry if this doesn't help you.

Just run the uninstall script and everything will be alright.

Assuming it's using Metacity theme, the button order can be configured with the gconf-editor, in apps/metacity/general/button_layout.
