I have been thinking about creating a local mirror of ubuntu repositories. From googling, I gathered that the most usual way is to use "apt-mirror". Unfortunately, this is not applicable in my case since I use windows both in office and school (places where I can use fast internet for free).
So my question is this :
- how do I download ubuntu deb packages from repositories just by using browser ?

You can download packages via browser at http://packages.ubuntu.com but you might find Keryx to be very useful: http://keryxproject.org

Awesome. :D We are gathering some developers to begin work on Keryx 1.0 and improve it a LOT.
