Ubuntu Upgrade - Issue with Panels

Hi all I recently upgraded to 9.04 and have now found that the shutdown button disappeared that however I have put back, but as you can see from the screenshot my shutdown button is not in the right place and neither is the wireless applet.

I am trying to move them but have been unable to do so as the wireless applet prevents me moving the shutdown button to the far right of the screen, can anyone please tell me how I can re-arrange the order / location.

Well, right-click in all applet on the right top side of the screen and unlock their movements (for NetworkManager, try clicking slightly at left of the icon). Then just move the with the middle button. Unlock it all after you've finished.
