Feast your eyes on this The newest Android phone from HTC (http://www.osnews.com/story/21717/HTC_Launches_3rd_Android_Phone_HTC_Hero) with a custom UI. I must admit this is one sexy phone, finally android, or rather HTC, delivers something that's android and not butt ugly... Bravo

Looks perfectly fine. Still like the Samsung i7500 better though.

Looks def. nice...somewhat "Pre"ish UI.

Have they (Android guys) found out a cure to sync. with MS Exchange server?

I've generally liked the HTC phones for quite awhile now; android just makes them that much sweeter. I think when my contract is up I'll be switching to Tmobile just so I can get one for less money.

Hmm, maybe not... just read that it might have only 128mb RAM... yuck.

Big difference between this and other Androids is that this has multitouch enabled by default, and has a really nice HTC GUI (called 'Sense').

This phone is released just in time, it's going to be my next :)

Anyone has any experience with combining Android and Ubuntu? I'd imagine that it would be the least troublesome compared to Windows Mobile and iPhone OS X?
